Mary's experience has nothing to do with accessibility. She has an extremely large library, and twice, the organizational structure was corrupted and she had to build it again from scratch, twice. I think she may have also lost some files and had to track them down again. So, I can understand her reluctance to update it for features she is not interested in. If I were her, I wouldn't update either unless it was clear there was something else worth updating for or Winston could assure her that her library will not get screwed up yet again.
As far as accessibility goes, yes, Voice Dream is one of the best. The fact that Mary didn't dump the app completely after the second time of having to rebuild a huge library says a lot for how good Voice Dream is compared to all other apps of its kind.
