One thing you may want to look at is whether the Bluetooth is set to on when
you don't have one. This may be draining the battery because it is searching
for a Bluetooth device. I noticed with my wife's that hers was. 
Like others have said there may be so many factors to consider.

I made no calls, and received no calls.  E-mails just kept coming in
automatically as I use Mobile me using Icloud.  The screen was locked most
of the time whenlistening to music.  I may have unlocked the screen for a
minute or two when replying to mail or reading mail.  Yes, I am there for
seven hours in all.
