Hi.
This was one of the bad things that happened to me on my phone before
doing a total reset: DFU Mode.
I don't mean with this, that everything is the same as what happened to
me on your phone.
And even less that you have to do what I had to do...
But if you keep having problems, the best way to solve them is just what
I did...
Now everything works normally and I'm happy with my phone as it was in
IOS 10.

Ever since updating to iOS12 on my iphone 7 I've been experiencing
strange app freezes. I don't mean that the phone completely freezes
but rather the screen becomes unresponsive and the only way to regain
any activity is to remove the app from the app switcher and relaunch.
This has happened to me in the native mail app and the Bard app.
Has anyone else seen this behavior? Any ideas for what to do about it?
It's not constant but occurs often enough to be annoying.
