You would download the book on to your computer. Then using a SD card reader which may be on the computer, if not they have card readers that can hook up via USB port on your computer. Then you extract or unzip the bookshare book on to your sd card. As far as Kindle books go, I use the Kindle app on my phone to read my Kindle books through the Orbit reader which is paired to my phone. You can bluetooth the Orbit to your computer also but I haven't figured that out yet.
