I have the Orbit Reader since the beginning of June. It works really beautifully. The sound is not as bad as some people may think, certainly less annoying than the sound of Braille Me. Because the display is so short, using the arrow keys to rout the cursor does not cause any inconvenience. The unit is very light and the refresh of the braille cells is very clean. I also bought a unit of Braille Me from NBP but i returned it after 3 weeks. The braille dots in my opinion were lousy, they get stuck very often and make the reading experience unpleasant. The unit is heavier than the Orbit Reader. It cannot be charged with a USB source and the charger that comes with the unit is bulky and heavy.
