Screen Time was on on mine, but I turned it off. I did not turn it on. It must 
have come with the update to 12.

Hi. Screen time is on by default when you upgrade to iOS 12. So if he doesn't 
know that, it is on.

not on this list. He recently purchased an iPhone 8, and he is finding that his 
battery is not lasting well at all. For instance, overnight with the screen 
locked and nothing running in the background, he went from 100% to 43%. I seem 
to recall somebody saying that resetting network settings helps, although I 
don’t understand why it should. And I assume although I just did ask him in an 
email, have you rebooted the phone? Other than those two things, is there 
anything else he can do?
