Hi Everyone, I want to reboot my xr phone, and I was told by Apple to first press the up volume and then press the down volume and then press the power button, and the phone will reboot. Now, when I do this the only thing that I know is happening is lowering the vo voice so I can't hear anything, and the phone does not come back on automatically either like I was told it would, but if it does, I can't hear anything. I know I can turn vo back on, but I can't believe this is the way to reboot the phone. So if any xr phone users know how to reboot the phone, please share? Thank you in advance. Janet
