Contact the InstantPot company, you can do this through the Help function in the app, and ask for their help.
I do not have the wifi model, but when I couldn't get the BlueToot model to pair, I asked the FaceBook Instant Pot group for help. The person who responded told me there was a small button on the front of the pot that needed to be pressed in and held for a few seconds to activate the initial connection. After I did this (I needed sighted help), the Bluetooth connection worked. Sometimes I have to attempt the whole pairingprocess more than once. With Bluetooth, it helps to be in front of the actual pot -- not pairing from another room -- and sometimes it also helps to unplug the Instant Pot and then plug it in again. Good luck, I hope you get this to work, and I'm also interested to know if the app seems to be totally accessible, as it was for the Bluetooth model.
