As i said earlier. I was a sighted person too, and i still do all the
sighted things, that i use to.
But some blind people, find face ID difficult, and that is totally
understandable to me.

I don't know about you, but if I want to look towards my right hand that may
be holding my phone to unlock it, I'm not going to be looking at my left
hand or staring off into space.
Moving your head all over the whatever.. Seriously, what are we talking
about.
People are trying to fit a narrative that isn't true to fit their argument.
The only time you may need to move your head around is to do the initial
scan. After that and if you're set up right, you just interact with the
phone as you normally would when using it. I mean, I lost my vision so some
sighted habits are just engrained into me. I still flick the lights on and
off when entering my room or bathroom or whatever. I still generally look
at/towards my phone when I'm using it, etc. Even with the touch ID, after I
unlocked it, I still looked down at it or in its general direction while I
was doing whatever or reviewing this or that alert.
Maybe it's different if you've always been total. I really can't say.
And again, I'm an touch ID guy, but this really is becoming lets exaggerate
X to try to win argument Y.

i think people, were mainly talking about unlocking their phones, and not
playing games, well having their phone in their pocket.
Moving your head all over the show, to unlock your phone, looks a lot more
silly and blind, as a sighted person, will know exactly how to look at the
handset, to unlock it.
Dave.

no one is saying they don’t accept themselves. there’s saying groping around
in your pocket looks weird. it has nothing to do with seeing or not seeing.

Get over it, and accept you have a visual disability, you will be a happier
person.
