Here are the steps I used to setup the reminder. 1. Tap on "Add Reminder" button. 2. Enter name for reminder. 3. Tap the "More Details" button. 4. Tap on the "Remind me on the Day" button which by default is off and this needs to be "on." 5. Locate the date/time, (i.e. Saturday September 29, 2012, 6:00) (swipe to the right from the aforementioned button) and tap the date which will now be reported by VoiceOver as being selected. 6. NOTE!! I understand the problem now so read this carefully. Once VO reports the date as selected, you need to touch the lower 1/3rd of the screen. You will find the day, hour, and minute pickers. WHen you encounter a picker you flick up/down to adjust. NOTE: I did notice that at least on one occasion if I took focus away from the date/time pickers it seemed to revert back to hidden for a lack of a better description and I then had to select the current date again. This was a little random, but generally the pickers seem to remain. I hope that helps.
