That feature is only going to be used in conjunction with Voice Dream Reader, so you need the VDR beta in order to try that. I asked Winston if that would be available in the stand-alone app, but he said probably not. If you don't want to try the VDR Beta, the app is likely to be out fairly soon and there will be a corresponding VDR update to include this feature.
