Ok, got it! Thanks As far as the scanning from within VDR, open the pdf, which will say 0 bytes … then doube tap the document button and the last thing on the screen is perform OCR. When the VDR release comes out, you will just install it over the beta I hope. Rather than having to lose the library. Fingers crossed in hoping that is correct. I’m gambling too in hopes that Winston will write up good instructions for all this. Hi Richard. Do I have to delete my original version of BDR? I followed the link from your web site. When I went to install the VDR app, I was informed that the app was already installed and was ask if I wanted to replace it. I said yes, and it now says VDR bata. However, I don’t find a button that allows me to scan a PDF file. I transferred a PDF file from drop box to VDR. The file shows but says 0 of 0 percent. Perhaps I’m misunderstanding what type of PDF files can be scanned?
