Flor: Weather Gods works in many places around the world. I don't know exactly if there is support for Ireland, but you could look it up on the App Store and see. The cost was about $4 or $5 US, don't recall. If there are people who prefer Dark Sky over Weather Gods, that's awesome. At least we have choices for accessible weather information these days.
In answer to another person's question, I think the Weather Wheel is like a 7 day forecast of conditions. I would also encourage those interested to check out the AppleVis podcast on Weather Gods, which was done back in 2016. You should be able to search for it in Safari and listen through the browser.
