Okay, good, Jennie.  

 

We’re making progress.  It took a couple tries to do the audio challenge 
quickly enough just using the on screen keyboard but I got it.  I gotmy 
password entered and got the main screen.  

 

The nex thing I need to do is check my payment information to make sure it’s 
accurate, since I haven’t used the app since I first set it up, and I think I 
went through a debit card expiration in between.  I’m assuming I need the menu 
button to do that. Correct?

Sometimes those audio challenges are not that bad. They say words and I have 
found that if you enter a telast two of what you heard, you are good.

I have both apps and set up accounts with both some time ago.  

 

As I started exploring the Uber app this morning I got the screen where I can 
enter my mobile phone number or social media account.  

 

So I put in my number and hit continue.  I had been hoping to just log in with 
my email and password which I kept on file when I set things up originally.  

 

So when I hit continue from the app I got this visual image CAPCHA thing along 
with the I am not a robot check box and the opportunity for an audio challenge. 
 

 

How should I proceed, being total and not sure when sighted assistance would be 
available.
