Hi Bill,

I don't usually explicitly close the app.  I do not have to sign in every time. 
 When you request a ride tonight, it should recognize your location, and you 
would then have to put the address where you want to go.

And yes, I have found that calling the driver to let them know I am blind and 
where to look for me has worked well.

Okay.

Jennie’s observation about the menu button was correc, and I got the check card 
updated.

What I am wondering is if I can now close the app until I am ready to order my 
trip tonight.  If I do, will I have to sign in with my password again?

My trip plan is to order a trip home from the local minor league baseball game 
I will be attending, which in the past I would have taken a cab home from, as 
it is after hours for my residence on paratransit.

I figured this would be a good opportunity to do an actual trip, as I would 
have the advantage of others around me if I needed help.  My biggest fear has 
been identifying the driver, being a total, though I understand there is a way 
to call or text from within the app; calling has been the consensus on this 
list.

I know the Where To button is where to start an order.  I may play around in 
that menu this afternoon before leaving for the game.  I have paratransit on 
the way to the ballpark.
