Hello Frank, Here's how to rename a Pages document on your iPhone. Warning: you need a steady hand.
You have to select Documents, then in the list of documents, place one finger on the one you wish to rename, toggle VoiceOver off, double-tap with that one finger, then toggle VoiceOver back on again. You'll be in an edit field which is the file name. Delete the old name and type the new name, or if it just has the default name of Blank, just type the name you want, then tap Done.
