Unfortunately I'm pretty sure the lady in question wouldn't listen
even if I told her what I can do on my iPhone.  I tried to help her
with the victor stream, and she absolutely wouldn't listen to any
directions I tried to give her.  Maybe I shouldn't, but people who
have defeatest attitudes about learning things seriously annoy me.
