Hello Mary, Sieghard and list Just my few cents. I bought the last iPod touch 6th Gen which was available in SA two years ago. Maybe I am ignorant but I can not find anything that the Touch can do which my iPhone 7 can't do and even the battery life is not so good. Had I known this I would just have obtained an iPhone with more memory, exactly what I am going to do at the end of the year when my iPhone contract expires. So the short and the long is that I can't understand why Apple produces new iPods when an iPhone can do the same and much more or are there features of the iPod which I miss? Regards Fanus
