You should buy the latest model which was only released recently and unless there is something weird going on you won’t find it cheaper on Amazon than you would be able to buy it directly from Apple. It’s called, the iPad Mini 5th generation. It’s the only new iPad mini, that was released this year. I find it an excellent device, and much faster, than previous iPad minis.
