Hello Regina,

I guess the question is, is your phone connected with your watch? When you open 
the Watch app on your phone, can you make changes to settings, install or 
uninstall apps, etc? Does your workout data end up in your phone's Health app? 
Can you use the Ping YOur iPHOne option in Settings to make your phone play a 
sound? If you install an app on your phone that has a watch component, does the 
Watch app end up on your watch? If not, you'll need to pair the watch with your 
new phone at some point. In the past, watch backups lived on the phones they 
were paired with. I don't know if they are now backed up in iCloud as well. YOu 
might want to check with Apple Accessibility to see if there's a way to back up 
your watch before pairing with the new phone so you can restore your watch from 
that backup.
