Hi. What if you typed your Apple ID password in to the Notes app and used the Edit feature to select it, then paste it in to the field in the App store app?
You can switch between currently running apps by using the app switcher--press the Home button twice quickly, and you'll land on the currently open app. Flick left/right to see what apps are open, and single-finger-double-tapt when VO announces the one you want to use. To use the functions under the Edit mode, go to the rotor and find the Edit option, then flick up/down to the one you want e.g., select all, and double tap to have the text copied to the clipboard. App switcher back to the App store app, make sure you're in the password field, and use the Rotor again to get to Edit, then flick up/down to find Paste, and doubletap.
