Yup. My wife's sighted and she more or less does all the shopping, but if I
were alone or if we were both blind or even say if we had kids and didn't
want to deal with trying to carve out time to make a grocery run with a
carrier in tow, we'd probably opt for this, but as it is, she likes going to
Aldi and Sprouts and so on to see what they have.
The only other drawback perhaps is that more often than not, we're always
going to pay full price on stuff. Unless there's a way to somehow include
any running sales or discounts?

I am with you! I hate going to Costco, and have found that I can get a lot
of their products from the online ordering service and get free shipping.
Items may be a few pennies higher, but the convenience is worth a little bit
more, so now we go fewer times a year to stock up on meat, and a few things
they don't have at Costco.com.
