Yes, we have a yearly membership fee, but Instacart is independent of that.
Haven't used it yet.
I have been ordering more from Costco.com and usually get free shipping on
most everything. The two day free shipping items have to amount to $75 to
waive the $3 fee per item, but that isn't a hard mark to meet. Especially
when you get larger items, like paper towels, toilet paper, etc..
