Have you talked with your current Carrier? Unless you changed Email servers, where you need to use a different port number for sending than before, this shouldn’t happen just because you changed phone companies.
If your phone is showing the old company, then something isn’t right. I’d start with the carrier, then call Apple Accessibility: 877-204-3930.
