Have you talked with your current Carrier?

Unless you changed Email servers, where you need to use a different port number 
for sending than before, this shouldn’t happen just because you changed phone 
companies.

If your phone is showing the old company, then something isn’t right.

I’d start with the carrier, then call Apple Accessibility: 877-204-3930.

Subject: e-mail question after switching carriers

My first post on here and I’m hoping that someone can help a total and complete 
technological illiterate.
I just switched phone carriers and now I can’t send e-mails from my new phone. 
It keeps saying, like the 2001: A Space Odyssey movie, I can’t do that Robert.
The e-mail addresses are correct and if they are tapped out on the keypad 
they’ll send, and to clarify folks, I’m blind and my fingers don’t work so well 
to do those …my wife did it b utneeding to be independent…but if I use 
voiceover or Siri, they say the above line. Additionally, the settings indicate 
that I am still with the old carrier.
Any suggestions would be appreciated and thanks a ton for assisting me.
