I switched from Verizon to consumer cellular. As I said, I don’t have an issue with receiving e-mails nor when the address is tapped out byhand, which I can’t do, it won’t do it.
I’ve had voiceover on and it still doesn’t do it and with Siri on it won’t neither. Some use a non-standard SMTP port number for sending emails. SMTP is the protocol used by Internet Service Providers. But, this may go deeper than that if your phone is still showing the old carrier. Unless you changed Email servers, where you need to use a different port number for sending than before, this shouldn’t happen just because you changed phone companies.
