Hi,
It seems as if Siri is disabled. I assume this is what you’re having issues 
with when emailing? I suggest you go to your iPhone settings followed by Siri. 
There you can ensure that Siri is enabled. If it is enabled, I suggest you 
disable it and then re-enable it. Try again after that.
