Is this happening to anyone else? since updating, when I am asked by Siri if I would like to replay or call back the person whose voice mail message I have just listened to, what happens is that the last person I have called is dialed back, not the person whose message i have just listened to., Along the same lines, sometimes the wrong person is called back and this can happen when the names are not even remotely alike. Come to think of it, it may b doing the same thing, simply calling back the last person I called or texted.
Today it took three tries before Siri was able to call the person I asked for that was in my Contacts. It's too bad we can't just tell Siri to look in Contacts, since if this is programmed in already, it isn't working all that well. And I'm totally baffled why the more current IOS now takes me to the message field rather than let me dictate and send a text message without having to open the app. This was never the case when I was using 10.3. I think it has to do with the persons who are not iPhone users but those who use different types of phones, so their messages are not i messages. I went ahead and created shortcuts for the most commonly called or texted friends, but that hasn't helped either. Any one or more steps I can avoid in performing any one function, like calling or texting someone using my phone, the better. That is why I have a smart phone to start with. Is it possible all of this is because I use an i Phone 6 and not a higher model phone? Deidre -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
