Don't provide personal information to anyone who
calls you. Make sure when you call them, you are
using a number you have verified. Make sure they
represent who they claim ... those of us who
don't have M$ products can be pretty certain
it's a scam from the start ;> . Folks with
windows based systems should keep track of your
support calls and charges ... if you never made
a call, you aren't really going to get a refund
(indeed, I'ver never heard of M$ actually
issuing a refund, so that's pretty dubious in and of itself!)
