I decided to reboot my four today to see what happened and, sure enough, Voice Over left the building. LOL. Fortunately, since this happened shortly after I got my phone a few years ago, I knew what to do. You have to attach the phone to your computer, go into iTunes, click on configure universal access, and check Voice Over. I don't know why it is doing it and am going to try again when I have a few minutes to "play" if it leaves town again, but, this is how I fixed the problem. Hope this helps.
