Arlene: Yes, it is the PBS video app that you need. You can look for Country music and double tap on it, then it will bring up the different episodes and you can start playing any of them whenever you want.
If you want to listen to the phone app at the same time you are watching the show on your TV, you will have to try to start the app at the same time the show starts, so that you will be synchronized with your TV.
