Ok... but that VoiceOver phone call bug that lots of folks are reporting has nothing to do with third party apps and is pretty major. I mean, it's not like Apple would've let that bug go live for 13.0 or 13.1 or 13.1.1 if the screen were going blank on sighted folks requiring a full device restart after random phone calls. The majority of the bugs mentioned I think I could live with, but I'm on my phone all day for this and that. I can't chance having to deal with that specific VO bug on my phone after upgrading. So wait I shall...
