Good afternoon All I am sitting with an iPhone SE that's VoiceOver does not want to work on the home screens or in apps.
The strange thing is that VoiceOver works when I receive or make calls and when I'm on the Siri screen. I have done a hard reset, turned my phone off and on, numberous times, even tried turning VoiceOver off and on after a call. Nothing works. Apple accessibly say they have not heard of this and cannot duplicate so they have no suggestions for me. So I think I will try a factory reset. How do I do this and then restore the phone to the way it was before the Voice stopped working? Thank you in advance for any assistance. -- Kind regards Chantal -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
