Well, I don’t know what to to tell you. I like the Settings inside format. It’s more robust. if swiping up or down is difficult, double tap and find the setting. different strokes for different folks.

Depending on where you are in the rotor and where you have to get to to get to this option, it could actually take more time, plus a lot of people do have some difficulty with the rotor gesture.
