Hey, Guys. Just wanted to update the list. It seems the VO loss after a FaceTime or phone call only happens when an earpiece isn't connected, either wired or via Bluetooth. I tried calling my husband twice, once with the wired earpods and once with the Bluetooth headset I use when I'm on the road, and both times managed to keep VO after hitting "End Call". Guess I'll have to get in to the habit of having headphones on me for the foreseeable future.
