Hi, all.
I'm using an iPhone SE with iOS 12.4.?? I don't want to update at this
time, so I'm hoping my issue won't be one that needs an update to solve it.
I'm trying to figure out how to get the app for Amazon Prime Video to
consistently play the audio described track.?? I've verified that the
movies in question have the DVS track, but I cannot seem to get it to play.
This is frustrating, because I played a movie yesterday that had DVS and
I just double-tapped the Play Now button in the Prime Video App and the
movie, including description started playing with no additional input
from me.
These are movies included with my Prime subscription and not ones I need
to rent from Amazon, if that makes a difference.
What am I doing wrong?
