I just processed a photo from my photos on my 5S running iOS 12.4.2 with the latest Seeing AI update and it worked quickly and well. It was a picture of our fireplace and mantle above.
I did a document scan and shared it both as text and as an image. Kathy, how did you do the UPS scan? Were you using the Product channel? You said you hadn't tried the document channel... I have written Microsoft. My iPod six GEN and iPhone 5s won’t go beyond iOS 12.4.2. Removing and reinstalling the app didn’t help. Microsoft hasn’t answered. Thankfully the short text feature still works. I haven’t tried documents yet.
