The situation didn’t improve when I got home, so, it wasn’t the network’s fault. I have written Microsoft. My iPod six GEN and iPhone 5s won’t go beyond iOS 12.4.2. Removing and reinstalling the app didn’t help. Microsoft hasn’t answered. Thankfully the short text feature still works. I haven’t tried documents yet. When trying to recognize one of my photos, it says something like error, analysis failed, and when trying to share is scan from USPS.com, the series of tones just continue, with the message repeating “processing“.
