If memory serves, if you've got Amazon Prime, unlimited photo access is included. I think there's a nominal fee for unlimited files and video, but can't recall at the moment what it is. My wife deals with all that stuff. She uses Google Drive for the pictures she takes for our online arbitrage stuff since she finds it super convenient to take photos on her phone and have the automatically upload and sync to her desktop to later edit with Picasa. For this, it's just a regular free storage account. All the personal photos and videos and stuff she's got uploaded to Amazon. I don't even think there's a particular reason why she's stuck with the Google Drive thing, but for the fact that that's how she started and it's just become part of her workflow.
