I'm with Richard that I don't believe it's possible to transfer files between your computer and your iDevice using Bluetooth. Another alternative to Richard's suggestion of emailing the file as an attachment is to open a free Dropbox account. With Dropbox installed on your computer, any files placed in the Dropbox folder on your local computer are automatically uploaded to the cloud and can be accessed with the very accessible Dropbox app on your iDevice. I've also found Dropbox to be the most widely supported cloud service across all the apps I use.
