Yes, Dropbox, or OneDrive if you have a Microsoft 365 subscription especially; but if you have a Microsoft account you can get a limited amount of OneDrive space for free as well. With the Microsoft 365 subscription you get one terabyte of OneDrive storage.

Another alternative to Richard's suggestion of emailing the file as an attachment is to open a free Dropbox account. With Dropbox installed on your computer, any files placed in the Dropbox folder on your local computer are automatically uploaded to the cloud and can be accessed with the very accessible Dropbox app on your iDevice. I've also found Dropbox to be the most widely supported cloud service across all the apps I use.
