Well Richard, it won’t hurt to contact Apple with this issue. This problem has Object Oriented Programming all over it. I suspect that Apple may have made a very obscure change to the List Class and it has rendered this particular list (episode list) inaccessible to VoiceOver.
I will contact Apple right away - thanks for the suggestion. I have written to the developer of this app(s) and have not gotten any feedback.
