Bill, I'm sorry you're having issues with the specific OTR program apps and iOS 13.x. The app OTR Streamer seems to be working fine in iOS 13.2.3 but I don't know how it compares with the specific OTR program apps in terms of content or quality.

I have written to the developer of this app(s) and have not gotten any feedback.
