I have no VoiceOver problem now that I updated to 13.2and still with 13.3 no problem. I really like Slience Calling and the fact that it is so easy to go turn it back on, if for some reason I want to, then turn it off again.
I just turned off phone in Notifications though, because I check anyway, and those Notirications drive me nuts whenever I press the Power Button to get to my Home Page. Incidentally, what is the Sleep/Wake Button.
