There are bugs one can work around and some one can't. I did actually forget about the dictation issue, this actually is a super-annoying issue and there is no work-around except to take a Bluetooth keyboard and type the message, so yes, I guess that is a work-around but only if I am near my Bluetooth keyboard. Of course for people who only speak/use English this is not a problem.
