Yes I have been having this problem off and on for months now sad to say.
Guess it's time to report it to the Seeing AI folk again?

I finally updated to iOS 13 yesterday. Today I tried sharing an image in the
email from USPS informed delivery with seeing AI: I just got the continual
message “processing“ and was unable to close or cancel without completely
closing the mail app and reopening. Has anyone else experienced this or,
