Dwayne, If you are using iOS 13, you won't find settings from those directions, those are for iOS 12 and earlier. Accessibility has its own category now, just after display and brightness. The only setting I'm finding is under VoiceOver, Audio, where you can have it set to auto switch to speaker phone when you move the phone away from your ear. Or, simply put your hand over the upper half of the screen and pull it away to simulate having held it up to your ear. There was a setting, which I'm not finding, to have it just go to the speaker, but then it was hard to get it off speaker phone, so this method seems to work better. HTH,

It is designed so that you can pull the phone away from your ear and automatically switch to speaker, but I have always found it to be a bit overly sensitive.
