That is because it is not in the app store. If you are using the same Apple ID, you could try finding it under purchased apps, but I'm not sure that will work. The developer had written back in May or June that the issue that got it pulled from the app store would be resolved soon. 6 months later, it isn't back. If you only need US Currency, the EyeNote app is excellent.
