That is what I do about the scrub - found out to just be easy, not work so hard at it.

As Sieghard said, it doesn't have to be right left right, it can be down up down, left right left, etc. No need to make a zigzag, I usually move my fingers over the same area with each of the three parts of the quick movement. it's just a straight line: right left right, in my case.
