I don't particularly like the voice but its functionality is very good.

It was technically accessible, but the voice they used was so horrible that there is absolutely no way I would ever use that device. I mean, I am not hard of hearing, and I had difficulty understanding the funky voice they are using. I have no idea what it is, but I found it amazing that they couldn’t find something that was a bit more understandable, especially at decent speed. I think the Amazon fire edition TVs are a good thing.
