Dear Allen & list: Rather than guess at who pays for data used by a Facebook call, you are best to just ask your cellular airtime provider. Then to will know for sure. Yes, it’s wisest to only take or make Facebook calls when on WIFI. Mote that some WIFI networks block the ports used for Facebook & Skype. This is usually cue to bandwidth limitations. Brian K.
